ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Remote service and support through our customer helpdesk
 On-site troubleshooting for problem resolution, service, or maintenance
 Customized installation of precision dairy equipment
 At times, we all wear multiple hats to support our teammates where needed
 After-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotation
 Development of equipment knowledge and product expertise
 Basic computer skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Hands-on agriculture or machinery experience
Generational farmers highly encouraged to apply
Consideration to candidates with Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Industrial-level electrical skills
Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance skills
