Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: St. Louis County, MO
Setting: School-Based (Pre-K through 12, depending on assignment)
Pay Range: $31.75 - $63.04 hourly (based on experience)
Schedule: 30 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
Contract Length: 2026 - 2027 School Year
Candidate Type: Local or Travel

Requirements:

• Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.
• 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
As a healthcare professional in a school-based setting, your role will include:

• Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)
• Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice
