Tasks:

• Migrate and upgrade 2x node VMWare AOAG Cluster; from OS Server 2016 and SQL 2017 to OS Server 2022 and SQL 2022.

• Amount of data: ?1TB.

• Locations: Local migration at HUB/Hamilton.

• Approx Schedule: 1-week planning; 1-week execution; 1-week spill-over, clean-up, and knowledge transfer

• Install and configure SQL server on target VMs

• Configure and validate migration tools

• Assess and validate application to database dependencies

• Develop migration plan including scheduled dates, durations, and participants for target applications.

• Execute and validate non-production and production data migrations

• Post-migration review and lessons learned

• Knowledge transfer and assistance in migrating / redeploying SSIS packages on the new target VMs (time-bound up to completion of third week of engagement)
