About The Role
The Service Coordinator will provide contact center support for building owners requesting roofing service. The Service Coordinator will create, dispatch, and process work orders. This includes invoicing for repairs, and documenting warranty expenses. Other tasks include following-up on past due, generating letters, service recaps, and obtaining repair quotes.
What You'll Accomplish
Education: Associates Degree required, or equivalent professional experience.
Field of Study Preferred: Office Administration
Required Work Experience: Previous work in a corporate office setting, customer service, and billing. Excellent verbal and written communication are required.
Required Computer and Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google suite of applications.

- The Service Coordinator will work closely with building representative to ensure their roofing needs have been addressed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to external customers while maintaining accurate data for internal customers.
- Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
Education: Associates Degree required, or equivalent professional experience.

- Able to work effectively in a fast pace environment.
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
