Qualifications
- Expertise in Carpentry and Insulation techniques
- Knowledge of Roofing systems and Waterproofing methods
- Experience and comfort working at height
- Attention to detail and the ability to accurately perform estimations
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with team members
- Familiarity with construction industry standards and safety regulations
- Proficiency in relevant software for estimation and project tracking is a plus
- Prior experience in commercial roofing or construction is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to work sites
