Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Roofing Estimator & Project Manager, located in South Haven, MI. The role involves accurately estimating costs for roofing projects, creating project budgets, and preparing proposals. The individual will oversee project management activities, including coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining timelines, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing project documentation. Effective communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle is essential. The role also requires problem-solving and ensuring quality execution of work on-site.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Carpentry and Insulation techniques
• Knowledge of Roofing systems and Waterproofing methods
• Experience and comfort working at height
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately perform estimations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with team members
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and safety regulations
• Proficiency in relevant software for estimation and project tracking is a plus
• Prior experience in commercial roofing or construction is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to work sites
