Position Summary:

We are seeking a courteous, reliable, and energetic Full-Time Bell Attendant to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is vital in setting the tone for a welcoming and seamless arrival and departure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and personal belongings
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain in-room features and resort amenities
• Deliver packages, amenities, and messages promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized bell stand, lobby, and storage areas
• Assist with valet coordination and transportation requests when needed
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate resort and local area information
• Uphold a high standard of appearance, etiquette, and professionalism at all times
• Support the Front Office and Concierge team as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, proactive, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to lift and transport luggage (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
