What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Generalist (Compensation/ Payroll) position at Amrit Information Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd?
We are seeking a temporary HR professional to support our HR Generalist/ (Compensation/ Payroll) team for approximately 12 weeks (3 Months). The ideal candidate will function as an HR Generalist with a strong background in employee relations and the ability to step in quickly to provide immediate support.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Generalist in (Compensation/ Payroll) Experience
- Support employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, and policy guidance
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Provide guidance on HR best practices and documentation
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
