Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT infrastructure and desktop support for manufacturing and office users
- Install, support, and troubleshoot PCs, servers, printers, and network devices
- Coordinate server installations, OS upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Support Cisco LAN/WAN, wireless networks, and firewalls
- Manage PC lifecycle including imaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and replacement
- Maintain hardware inventory and asset records using ServiceNow
- Support unified communications, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and printers
- Lead or assist with cyber, audit remediation, and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate local IT vendors and support business continuity planning
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years of hands-on IT infrastructure or desktop support experience
- Strong experience with Windows OS and Windows Server
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking (LAN/WAN/Wireless)
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
