Job Overview
AMRG Exteriors is seeking driven, competitive individuals to join our team as an Exterior Remodeling Consultant. This is an outside sales position that focuses on territory canvassing, lead generation, and in-home consultations. Your primary responsibility will be to work directly with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling projects, for both insurance-related and retail offerings
This role is ideal for individuals who want control over their income, growth opportunities, and a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing and territory development
- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Educating customers on insurance restoration and retail remodeling solutions
- Oversee project from initial contact to the completion of the signed contract
- Providing a professional and trustworthy customer experience to all homeowners
Experience
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated mindset
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and in-home consultations
- Excellent communication and closing ability
- Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
- Experience in roofing, siding, construction, or in-home sales preferred
Work Environment & Expectations
- This is a field-based role with a fixed office location
- Primary duties include canvassing and working at customer homes or properties
- Flexible scheduling is required, with availability to work evenings and occasional weekends
- Position is classified as a W-2 Exempt Employee (not eligible for overtime)
Compensation:
- Uncapped Commission Structure (10% of Total Contract Value) 5% at Contract Execution and 5% upon completion/paid in full
- $70,000 Recoverable Draw
- Top performers earn $250K annually
