Role Description
As AMREP’s Program Manager, your role is to provide leadership to the overall gamut of top-class electronics manufacturing programs. You will use your expertise in design, production, quality, program management, and engineering to achieve successful production outcomes. You will be highly accomplished at working with multi-disciplinary teams and at working with senior management levels. You should be excellent at problem solving, production analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities
- To lead DFM review, drive design for manufacturing and design for reliability reviews of NPI products/concepts at supplier and lead activities to optimize product and process designs.
- Make recommendations for product/process design changes & final assembly standards/limits that have direct impact to final product cost, quality and delivery.
- Establish and manage programs feature baseline, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution.
- Perform gap analysis, and prioritize tasks.
- Manage the budget, delegate tasks, create a timeline, manage schedules, and evaluate team members' input.
- Cross-functionally communicate key development updates, risks and timeline on projects.
- Mediating between the project team and the client, providing regular updates on the progress and ensuring timely delivery.
- Responsible for leading, planning, and directing activities of department personnel including; Production Managers, factory Supervisors and department leads in order to meet and exceed overall project objectives.
- Understand and identify the needs of the company, produce test structures and prototypes, and create progress reports.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in electrical/electronics, Manufacturing/Industrial engineering or equivalent practise
- At least 5 years experience in program/operations management
- Ability to work independently
