Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned restaurant locations across DC, Maryland, and Virginia to conduct scheduled and surprise cleaning quality inspections
- Evaluate cleanliness of kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house areas based on company and health standards
- Provide hands-on coaching and retraining to cleaning staff as needed
- Ensure all cleaning is completed according to safety, sanitation, and operational protocols
- Identify deficiencies and document them in inspection and recommendation reports
- Report findings to management and work with team leads on improvement plans
- Support onboarding and ongoing training for new cleaning team members
- Ensure crews have the right cleaning supplies and follow correct procedures
- Step in to assist with cleaning work in emergencies or when short-staffed
High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of supervisory experience in the cleaning or janitorial industry, preferably in restaurant settings
- Strong knowledge of restaurant cleaning procedures, including deep cleaning, kitchen sanitation, and FOH/BOH standards
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to travel to multiple sites in the DMV region (must have a valid driver’s license)
- Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable writing clear reports and communicating with management
Part-Time
- 3am to 7am
- Monday to Friday (occasional weekends)
