Experience | Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn cleaning procedures and use equipment properly
- Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
- Professional demeanor and respect for client spaces
- Standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Lifting up to 35 lbs as needed
- Indoor and potential occasional outdoor work
- Evening and overnight shifts
- At assigned client locations and times
- Perform nightly cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and instructions
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs to supervisor
- Maintain proper use and care of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality control standards
- Ensure consistent, reliable attendance
- Treat all client and company information confidentially
- Fill in for other cleaners as needed when available
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to follow a set schedule and work independently
- Flexibility to work weekends or additional shifts when needed
- Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
