Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representative:
- Performance based pay (Activity-based)

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative
- Call, text, and email company-provided leads
- Introduce homeowners to our process and build instant trust
- Set appointments for inspections and adjuster meetings
- Keep CRM updated with notes, calls, and follow-ups
- Guide homeowners through paperwork and next steps
- Write estimates for new incoming leads
- Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries
- Support outside sales reps and keep files moving forward
- Educate homeowners on products and company process
- Hit daily/weekly goals for calls, appointments, and conversions
- Deliver top-notch customer service every step of the way
Qualifications for Outside Sales Representative:
- 2 years sales experience preferred, not required
- Proficient phone calling skills
- Persistent follow up skills
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Ability to use Google apps & Microsoft Office
- CRM experience is a plus
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Must be 21 for insurance purposes
- Previous experience in roofing & restoration industry (preferred)
Salary : $60,000 - $150,000
