What are the responsibilities and job description for the ERP System Administrator position at AMR Resources LLC?
Multiband Global is seeking an ERP System Administrator to provide both system support and analysis for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment. This position will be the administrator of the Company’s Viewpoint Vista ERP and Unanet CRM system and provide business analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processes
- Manage all user access to users for both programs and reports based on knowledge of roles, processes, and system
- Coordinates with business and technology teams to manage schedule of deliverables and work products ensuring compliance with requirements and business processes, and workflows
- Produces detailed requirements documentation for new programs, new functionality requests, bugs, and change requests
- Design and execute automated procedures interfacing with systems to report business analytics.
- Handle department production reports on report logs and user manuals.
- Oversee reports and deliverables complying with administrative invoicing.
- Develop queries and reports to extract data based on company and departmental needs.
- Continual discussions with staff, users, and management to develop requirements and implement new reports or revise current reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology required
- Three (3) years or more of related experience is required.
- Strong customer service and leadership skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficient in SAP Crystal Reports reporting required.
- Experience with Viewpoint’s Vista ERP software and/ or Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable
