Key Responsibilities
Clinical Trial Marketing Outreach
- Develop and distribute marketing materials (flyers, digital posts, newsletters) to promote open clinical trials to target patient populations.
- Assist in managing social media content and email campaigns to raise awareness of available trials and enrollment opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all promotional content complies with IRB, FDA, and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of trial-specific outreach assets and messaging.
- Track outreach campaign performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for local clinical trial sites regarding outreach activities and marketing support.
- Plan, schedule, and execute community outreach events such as health fairs, informational sessions, and screening days.
- Build and nurture relationships with community organizations, faith-based groups, healthcare providers, and patient advocacy groups to expand reach.
- Travel to local and regional sites to support outreach initiatives and maintain an on-the-ground presence.
- Coordinate with site staff to align outreach efforts with current enrollment needs and trial timelines.
- Maintain a centralized tracking system (spreadsheet or CRM) to log all outreach activities, contacts, events, and follow-up actions by site and trial.
- Create and manage an outreach calendar to ensure timely execution of planned activities across multiple sites and studies.
- Document and report on enrollment referrals resulting from outreach activities.
- Provide weekly/monthly summaries to leadership on outreach coverage, community engagement, and pipeline metrics.
- Assist with data entry and reporting in trial management or marketing platforms as needed.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in marketing, community outreach, or healthcare — internship experience is welcome.
- Familiarity with clinical trials or the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is a plus, but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical concepts in plain language.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Canva, Mailchimp, or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local site visits.
