Create and maintain Excel testing workbooks to document test scenarios, club locations, expected results, and actual outcomes.Use Excel features such as filters, formulas, and data validation to organize and manage testing activities.· Conduct testing using internal portals and mobile applications to verify system functionality and item behavior.Document test results, discrepancies, and observations accurately within testing workbooks. Use internal portals to identify operational or item-related issues within clubs.Capture screen recordings and supporting evidence when issues are identified.Document issues, root causes, supporting details, and investigation inputs clearly to support resolution.Perform daily data collection activities through mobile and web applications in accordance with business requirements.Display items using designated camera equipment and record required timestamps using approved utility applications.Follow specific collection procedures, including customer-simulation or shopping activities when required.Ensure collected data meets defined quality and accuracy standards.Review daily item updates and report store issues.Locate items in internal systems and perform physical in-store verification.Compare system information against the physical item to confirm item data accuracy.Identify discrepancies, including incorrect item data or item masking issues.Update and correct item information within the portal when necessary.Maintain accurate records of validation of findings and corrective actions.Perform UPC (Universal Product Code) validation to ensure data accuracy across systems. Identify mismatches between product UPC and system records.Execute UPC corrections using internal UI/tools.Escalate unresolved UPC discrepancies to relevant teams.Perform daily data collection activities through mobile and web applications in accordance with business requirements.Display items using designated camera equipment and record required timestamps using approved utility applications.Follow specific collection procedures, including customer-simulation or shopping activities when required.Ensure collected data meets defined quality and accuracy standards.Install and maintain correct price tags for all products across the day.Replace damaged or missed price tags promptly.
