Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions with a focus on high-quality code and performance. Architect, design, and implement integrations using modern technologies and frameworks. Build and maintain microservices-based solutions and ensure their scalability and reliability. Create detailed architecture and design documentation and conduct proof-of-concepts (POCs). Develop and automate unit tests, execution scripts, and other automation tools to ensure system robustness and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and provide technical guidance to the team. Conduct peer reviews and mentor team members on best practices, coding standards, and technical solutions. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Required Qualifications: 7years of progressively increasing responsibility in IT. 3years in Technical Lead (TL) and Architect-level roles. 3years of experience in creating architectures, detailed designs, and running POCs. 3years of experience with Python development stacks, ecosystems, frameworks, libraries, and tools. Expert in MuleSoft iPaaS and Java programming language. Extensive experience designing and building solutions with MuleSoft. Solid experience in building Microservices architectures. MuleSoft Integration Architect certification (preferred). Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns and practices. Proficient in DevOps processes, monitoring, eventual consistency, and event sourcing. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Integration, etc.). Experience working with AWS public cloud services. Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and Agile Engineering Practices. Experience with messaging systems, preferably Kafka. Proficiency in working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch). Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes (AWS EKS, AWS Fargate preferred). Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design (DDD). Familiarity with 12-factor and cloud-native application design (a plus). Strong experience in automation testing strategies and tools for unit, integration, and functional testing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts. Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. QA Skills (20%): 2 years of experience in building automated tests (both Functional and Non-Functional). Hands-on experience with Selenium, SoapUI, JMeter. Ability to write JMeter scripts, design and develop performance tests. And identify performance bottlenecks based on logs and performance reports Experience with SOAP and XML (XPATH, namespaces). Experience with Web Service Automation (REST/SOAP) using tools like SOAP UI, Postman, Rest Assured Framework. Experience in Test Data Management: Design, create, and maintain test data to support quality testing. Knowledge of CI/CD implementations and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Stay current on emerging trends in software testing and evaluate them for continuous process improvement.
