Location: Windsor Connecticut (Hybrid – 1 Week/Month)
Job Type: 12 Months Contract
Visa Type: USCs and GCs only
Job Description
• Work is performed for defence sector and consent and completion of comprehensive background check is required.
• IT technical Business Analyst (User stories)
• Product Ownership (Product Roadmap)
• Services or IT projects in application development environment (Net/QA/Java etc)
• SQL
Required Experience:
• 5–8 years as a Business Analyst, with experience playing the role of Product Owner.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
Skills:
• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve the product vision.
• Project Management: Understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and resolving issues effectively.
• Empathy: Ability to understand and translate customer needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Analyse business requirements.
• Document requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
• Plan and conduct requirement grooming sessions.
• Build the product roadmap and manage the backlog.
• Oversee product implementation through to closure.
