Role :: Blue Yonder Consultant
Location :: Grand Rapids, MI
Duration :: 12 Months
We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Consultant/Developer to implement, customize, and support Blue Yonder Supply Chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Blue Yonder (JDA) applications such as Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), Demand Planning, Fulfillment, or Luminate Platform, along with strong integration and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, configure, customize, and support Blue Yonder/JDA applications.
• Implement and enhance Blue Yonder WMS, TMS, Demand Planning, or Fulfillment solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop custom extensions, workflows, and integrations with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and application migrations.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and cross-functional teams during implementation projects.
• Perform system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
• Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous optimization.
Required Skills
• 5 years of experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions.
• Experience with one or more Blue Yonder products:
o Blue Yonder WMS
o Blue Yonder TMS
o Demand Planning
o Fulfillment
o Luminate Platform
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
• Experience with SQL and database development.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and integration technologies.
• Experience integrating Blue Yonder with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Blue Yonder Dispatcher or MOCA development.
• Blue Yonder WMS configuration experience.
• Experience with Kafka, MQ, or middleware integrations.
• Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Agile/Scrum development experience.
• Blue Yonder certifications are a plus.
