Job Description
Amprex Property Management, a condominium and commercial association management company with more than 50 years of experience in the Miami, FL area, is looking for an enthusiastic, bilingual, professional and courteous receptionist for a full time, 40 hours per week position.
A successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized and meticulous. Strong attention to detail.
- Responsible, dependable and accountable
- Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional demeanor with an outgoing, friendly and positive attitude
Job Requirements:
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with other staff members, current and prospective residents, association board members, vendors and professionals servicing the company,
- Provide courteous and timely customer service to residents who call or come into the office with concerns, payments or maintenance requests
- Answer, direct/transfer and return phone calls and emails as necessary. Important to answer as many calls and emails as possible in order to help support fellow employees and enable them to perform their assigned tasks without fielding constant calls and communications
- Accurate data entry to update and maintain all resident rosters and mailing labels and other records as needed
- Receive association payments, provide receipts to those paying and submit payments to accounts receivable
- Receive association purchase and lease applications and ensure they are complete prior to submitting them to be processed
- Provide estoppel and condo questionnaire information to those who request them
- Careful and meticulous filing of all condo-related documents and files
- Support property manager with assigned tasks as needed
- Serve as the first impression and gatekeeper of the company
- 2 years experience required
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
