Job Description
Our Boston office is seeking Patent Agents with a background in chemistry, particularly organic chemistry/small molecules, to draft and prosecute patent applications.
An advanced degree and previous work experience as a registered Patent Agent are preferred.
USPTO registration number is required.
Responsibilities of Patent Agents include:
preparing patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office
evaluating the underlying technology of inventions
opinion writing
client counseling
litigation support
providing technical assistance on projects
