Role Description The Heating Air Conditioning Technician is a full-time position. This role is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in semi-commercial and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing system issues, performing routine inspections, carrying out preventive maintenance, and completing necessary repairs to ensure efficient and safe operation. The technician will maintain systems, work with electrical and plumbing components (related to HVAC), and follow EPA and company safety standards. This role also involves communicating with homeowners, documenting work performed, and supporting project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for HVAC systems.
- Experience with plumbing components related to HVAC installations and repairs.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices for heating and air conditioning equipment.
