What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of the leasing process — market listings, schedule and conduct tours, and close leases with confidence.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with tenants, vendors, and landlords through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Use Buildium software daily to organize and track tasks, projects, property activity, and tenant move-ins/move-outs.
- Stay highly organized — manage multiple properties, keys, and schedules without error.
- Plan “road days” strategically, grouping property visits to maximize time, efficiency, and productivity.
- Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance needs, and ensure all properties are market-ready.
- Work closely with our leadership team to help grow the overall client base and improve operational systems.

Pay:

- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $2,400 – $6,000 per month (based on closed volume, maximum is up to your GRIT)
- Schedule: Weekdays, with some evenings/weekends as needed
- Location: Hybrid – Round Rock, TX (travel between New Braunfels & Temple)
