Job Overview:

We are looking for a senior-level Digital Marketing Strategist who operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and thought leadership. This individual will be a central figure in crafting digital marketing roadmaps for our clients and turning those plans into reality.

We have an in-person work culture where face-to-face collaboration is key to our success as well as our client’s success. You will be expected to report to our headquarters in Midland, MI during core business hours.

Duties:

Executive Communication & Client Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic contact for executives at large corporate clients. Working with Account Executives, articulate complex strategies, report on performance, and build long-term, credible relationships through exceptional written and oral communication.

Strategic Digital Marketing Planning: Develop comprehensive, integrated digital marketing strategies and plans from the ground up. Ensure all tactics are meticulously aligned with our clients’ budgets, business objectives, and KPIs.

Hands-On Media Execution & Optimization: Take direct, hands-on responsibility for the team managing and optimizing campaigns across key ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic). Demonstrate a proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed industry-average performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS).

Integrated Media Planning: Create and oversee holistic media plans that effectively leverage a mix of channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Native, and emerging media, publications, OOH and more, allocating budget for maximum impact.

Sales Enablement & Closing Support: Act as the "closer" on sales calls with the Account managers. Leverage your deep expertise to answer technical questions, overcome objections, and instill ultimate confidence in prospective clients, ensuring they trust our team to deliver on our promises.

Thought Leadership: Research, write, and publish regular, high-quality blog posts, articles, and whitepapers that establish you and our company as forward-thinking leaders in the digital marketing space.

Qualifications:

· Preferably a bachelor’s level or higher degree focused on marketing and/or communications from an accredited university.

· Minimum of 5 years (preferably 10 ) of experience in a senior digital marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies for B2B or large B2C corporations.

· A portfolio of case studies or documented results showing your ability to improve key marketing metrics well above industry standards.

· Demonstrable expertise in hands-on management of major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) with relevant certifications being a strong plus. Familiarity with top programmatic ad platforms is a significant advantage.

· Exceptional executive-level presentation and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a C-suite audience.

· Proven experience developing multi-channel media plans and budgets.

· Direct experience in a client-facing role where you were responsible for building trust, navigating complex sales cycles, and acting as a key technical/strategic resource to close deals.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
