Position Summary
We are seeking Packaging Associates for a food manufacturing and distribution facility in Springfield, Ohio. This position works on a production line where fresh vegetables and fruits are prepared and packaged for salad kits and other products.
Key Responsibilities
- Work along a production and packaging line
- Assist with packaging fresh vegetables and fruits
- Handle products throughout the packaging process
- Follow established food safety and sanitation procedures
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Perform other general production and packaging duties as assigned
Requirements
- Entry-level position
- Must be comfortable working in cold and wet conditions
- Ability to work overtime as required, including after scheduled shift times and weekends
