Responsibilities

- Perform product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, promoting upselling opportunities.
- Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support inventory management by stocking new merchandise and conducting regular stock checks.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist in supervising or mentoring new staff when needed.
Requirements
