Office Coordinator
Monday-Friday 830am to 5pm in office

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration and possess strong organizational skills.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
- Perform data entry tasks and update records as needed
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and email
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications
- Entry level position with experience or knowledge in an office atmosphere.
- Preferably experience working in a small office doing multiple duties
- Experience working in a construction or warehouse environment.
- Enjoys working with people of all skill levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong communication skills and follow-up skills via phone, email or in-person communication.
