This role oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex RF component and system programs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, budget, and schedule. The Senior Program Manager leads cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality, coordinating milestones, managing risks, and resolving issues that may impact program performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program scope, creating and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and preparing status reports and presentations for internal leadership and external customers.
