Responsibilities
- Be the go-to person for some of the most exciting creators.
- Deliver a great client experience and build strong client relationships.
- Building strong talent relationships, ensuring our talent feels supported, valued, and empowered in their careers.
- Develop and grow Amplify’s talent division, helping shape the future of our creators.
- Secure and manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and deals.
- Oversee multiple projects from ideation to execution - keeping everything running smoothly.
- Stay ahead of social media trends across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Snap, and beyond.
- Identify and sign up-and-coming creators, helping them grow their careers.
- Jump on inbound opportunities and leverage your network to open new doors.
- Work closely with our production and partnerships teams to craft unique, talent-led projects.
- Negotiate contracts, business deals, and service agreements like a pro.
- A deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and the creator economy.
- 2 years in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing high-profile clients, talent, influencers, or brand partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- A client-first mindset - you're all about delivering value, building trust, and exceeding expectations.
- Killer communication skills (written and verbal) with a knack for negotiation.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines while keeping everything on track.
- A sharp strategic mindset - you're not just reactive, you plan for the future.
- A strong industry network and the ability to create new opportunities.
- Superb teamwork and team management skills.
- Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
