Our team produces thumb-stopping vertical videos, attorney explainers, community stories, and short-form ads designed for real business results.
We are expanding our creative team and looking for a skilled videographer/editor who understands what makes social content convert — not just look good.
What You’ll Do
- Film and edit short-form content for attorneys and law firm brands
- Edit client-provided footage into compelling, polished videos
- Add captions, B-roll, sound design, transitions, and creative elements
- Optimize every video for engagement retention
- Work collaboratively with our strategy and creative team
- Turn around revisions fast and keep pace with trending formats
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have a strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts content
- Understand how hooks, pacing, and storytelling drive viewer retention
- Follow trends and know how to adapt them for professional audiences
- Are reliable and responsive in communication
- Can film on-site when needed in NJ, NY, PA, or FL
Bonus experience: filming attorneys, bilingual editing (Spanish/English), ad-focused content, familiarity with legal compliance guidelines.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in short-form content production
- Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Clean audio lighting techniques (remote or on-site)
- Reliable equipment and fast turnaround workflow
