This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe operations, including inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet performance and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to optimize workflow.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, safety, and service levels.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic planning for the site.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail to identify discrepancies, prevent errors, and uphold operational excellence.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution supervision.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate material handling equipment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with lean warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives preferred.
