- Outbound Sales and Marketing Activity
- Processing sales leads from various sources for follow up
- Connecting with business needs and pain points of responsive sales lead prospects.
- Conducting online demos with new prospects and inactive clients, specifically showing how our solutions benefit their business.
- Generating sales leads through effective marketing outreach
- Processing client orders in our system in an accurate and timely manner
- Completing sales reports and other documentation
- Logging feature requests in our system, bringing attention to specific features that many add value, and addressing uncovered defects
- Treating prospects, clients, and fellow employees in a courteous, respectful and professional manner.
- Handling issues related to pricing, sales, service, and invoicing with the utmost of integrity.
- Taking individual responsibility for pursuing self-directed personal and professional development opportunities
- Reading articles, books, or trade journals to be completed as requested
- Participating in seminars, training, and business industry groups as requested
- Complete 60-75 outbound contacts per week via phone, email, or LinkedIn to new prospects or inactive clients.
- Conduct 8-10 introductory or follow-up meetings per week with new prospects or inactive clients.
- Attain net new sales revenue of $30,000 or more per month.
- Maintain a 30-day sales forecast of 75% or more of goal and a 60-day forecast of 50% or more of goal.
- $60,000 annual base salary
- Up to $40,000 annual sales commission, based on goal
- Full paid for Employee Assistant Program and Healthcare Co-Op (mostly funded by the employer)
- Two weeks paid vacation after one-year, regular holidays, and accrued sick leave
- 401(k) matching plan after one year
- Three to five years of outbound B2B sales experience, fintech and/or financial planning experience preferred
- Digital outreach experience and virtual meeting savvy is a must.
- CRM experience required, SalesForce preferred.
- A highly driven, self-starter who excels at setting and fulfilling challenging goals
- Bachelors degree with a business and/or finance major preferred.
