National Sales Director
Location: Cumming, GA | Travel: 50–70% National
Compensation: $140K–$160K base uncapped commission (OTE $200–$230K)

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the national sales strategy to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of Regional Sales Managers (starting with two and expanding).
- Build and strengthen dealer and distributor partnerships across the U.S.
- Maintain strong awareness of competitive landscape, customer needs, and market trends.
- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations to align on customer-focused initiatives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and high-level client engagements.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role (industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred).
- Proven success driving growth through dealer/distributor channels.
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who excels as both strategist and motivator.
- Strong communicator with advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven thinker capable of turning insights into actionable strategy.
- Willingness to travel nationally (50–70%).
