Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Amplify, you will be an essential part of our team in a dynamic environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and support, directly contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze customer's needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery processes.
  • Assist in outbound calling initiatives to follow up on client satisfaction and gather insights.
  • Stay informed about clients' services to effectively communicate updates to customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or client services roles.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Ability to analyze customer and client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools and sales processes is a plus.
  • Experience within a customer service setting with willingness to learn is a must.
