Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently install all types of real estate signage
- Accurately read and interpret installation surveys
- Properly load and secure all signage
- Properly complete and maintain vehicle logs
- Properly maintain installation equipment (hand tools, pole pounders, etc.)
- Review work order prior to leaving the shop to ensure all tools and hardware needed for job are present and ready for use
- Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) necessary for installation activity
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Installation experience preferred but not required
- Ability to install signage in all safe weather conditions
- Capable of using ladders and comfortable with heights
- Driver’s license with a clean record (no CDL is required)
