Location: This role will start remote and then will be working out of Marshall, MS, with expectation to be on-Site once building construction and timing is established.
What You will Spark at Amplify:
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, attract, and retain high-potential employees. Implement talent review processes, succession planning, and career development programs. Provide tools to managers to assess performance, identify skill gaps, and create individual development plans.
- Learning and Development: Implement strategic workforce development learning plan which will involve partnering with community resources, local schools, and other organizations to develop training plans that meet Amplify’s long term organizational people needs. Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Identify training needs, including compliance training, develop training materials, and training sessions as needed. Oversee the LMS tool. Lead programs that support individual development plans that promote employee growth and leadership development. Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and managers to promote effective labor relations practices & maintaining positive employee relations.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Inclusion and Positive Culture: Develop and drive initiatives to foster an inclusive and diverse work culture. Collaborate with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and other stakeholders to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall work culture. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms. Monitor employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on feedback. Promote positive employee relations, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, and minimizing workplace conflicts. Develop and execute programs that promote open communication, recognition, and employee involvement in decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, learning and development, and inclusion and culture initiatives. 10 years’ experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels. Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
