- Conduct high-energy discovery and strategy calls with warm leads (from webinars, ads, content, and referrals).
- Present the immense value of Growth Circle and close enrollments.
- Follow up diligently to build relationships and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with our marketing team on lead flow and scripting optimization.
Must Haves:
- 2 years of proven sales experience in high-ticket offers ($3K–$10K ), ideally in wealth/finance, coaching, masterminds, or investment communities.
- Strong closer with a consultative style—able to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
- Passion for personal finance, investing, and helping others achieve financial freedom.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
- Experience with tools like Calendly, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and Zoom.
