What You’ll Do
The Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps) should possess a strong understanding of HubSpot's CRM and Marketing Hub, as well as the ability to architect and optimize systems, processes, and data to improve revenue generation. This role requires expertise in cross-functional alignment, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive revenue growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with company growth goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes between marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Partner with leadership to identify revenue opportunities and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee the design, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub.
- Implement automation, workflows, and reporting that drive efficiency and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain data integrity and governance within HubSpot and integrated systems.
- Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reports to track KPIs and inform decision-making.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for improving lead flow, conversion, and retention.
- Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and campaign performance.
- Map, document, and continuously improve core revenue processes.
- Standardize and enforce best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and handoff between teams.
- Ensure operational processes support scalability and adaptability as the company grows.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to align goals and execution.
- Provide training and resources to ensure teams are using systems and processes effectively.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations.
- Advanced HubSpot expertise (CRM and Marketing Hub required).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects that improve revenue performance.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Familiarity with subscription/SaaS business models and metrics.
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and demand generation processes.
