Job Summary
Ampica is seeking a Project Manager with commercial or industrial experience in battery energy storage (BESS), solar, combined heat and power (CHP), onsite generation, or similar energy projects who is ready to broaden their expertise across a wider range of energy technologies.
You’ll lead projects from development and planning through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, with ownership of scope, budget, schedule, risk, contractors, financial performance, and customer delivery. Ampica uses a hybrid project-management approach grounded in strong Waterfall fundamentals while remaining adaptable to changing project conditions.
You don’t need to be an expert in every technology we deploy. We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in energy projects, technical curiosity, and the drive to keep learning. At Ampica, you’ll have the opportunity to build on your existing experience while gaining exposure to technologies such as energy storage, solar, CHP and onsite generation, power quality, HVAC, controls, lighting, metering, and other emerging energy solutions.
