Job Description
Accounting Policy / Compliance
- Assist in documentation and testing of internal controls over financial reporting and other processes at Headquarters
- Perform and document annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment assessments
- Provide support surrounding the Company’s Finance Manual accounting policies/procedures, including process
- Identify, research and document the Company’s position and conclusions around accounting standards
- Assist with various internal and external reporting requirements including:
- SEC reporting process and compliance on Forms 10-K (including Annual Report), 10-Q, 8-K and all related
- Prepare and review certain key financial statements including the consolidated cash flow and equity statements
- Assist with the preparation of earnings release, related management scripts and other press releases, as needed
- Company-wide statutory reporting process
- Monthly, quarterly and annual analysis and reporting of key financial statement accounts and operational results
- Other support and special projects which may include, but are not limited to:
- Financial system-related projects related to version updates, development and testing of reports, monthly close
- Completion of governmental surveys
- General support of other HQ departments including Financial Planning & Analysis, etc.
- AI integration into reporting processes
- BS degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in accounting preferred
- CPA preferred (in process also considered)
- 2-4 years of experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and manufacturing industry

- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, macros, etc. a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work and interact with local management teams throughout the world, as
