Key Responsibilities
- First-level tech support, solving problems for users with hardware, software, and network systems.
- Help with system updates, device setups and equipment rollouts, printers, password resets and general computer questions.
- Document technical issues and solutions.
- Maintain inventory and track IT equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of daily tasks.
- Monitor cybersecurity related tickets.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and provisioning.
- Proficient in MacOS
- Proficient in iOS and Android operating systems.
- Proficient in Office Applications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Printer Troubleshooting experience
- Any relevant certifications ---- CompTIA A , CompTIA Network , Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft certifications etc.
- Active Directory, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory portal experience.
- Helpdesk experience is a plus.
