Knowledge/Skills

Qualifications – Education/Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing) preferred

Duties/Responsibilities: (Position Specific)
– Lead sales efforts to aggressively penetrate new markets and expand business with existing customers
– Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic account management and proactive prospecting
– Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to target high-potential customers and opportunities
– Provide expert technical advice and consultation on product applications to solve customer challenges
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring solutions to customer needs
– Cultivate long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, technical support, and follow-up
– Partner with outside sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and qualify leads, leveraging outbound calls and emails for customer engagement
– Work closely with outside sales, marketing, and product teams to analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
– Provide strategic input to shape the company’s product development roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs
– Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and logistics, to ensure customer requirements are met
– Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual booking forecasts to support sales planning and target achievement
– Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions for a streamlined sales process
– Visit customers as and when needed.
