THE INTERNSHIP - Hybrid

Our business is broken up into small operating units with their own General Manager and P&L. Each GM is empowered to grow their business in an entrepreneurial manner. The intern will work in our Corporate Human Resources Division based out of Amphenol‘s World Headquarters in Wallingford, Connecticut, USA. The intern will work on a broad array of meaningful strategic HR projects and get a glimpse into the inner workings of our company. Besides an array of challenging and interesting projects on an ad hoc basis, the intern will work with our general HR staff on a global basis on individual projects that tie together to a worldwide corporate goal, for example analyzing our global labor rates. Here at Amphenol we value entrepreneurial spirit. You need to take the initiative and make things happen. Whilst a truly dynamic and excitingly unpredictable role, Amphenol prides itself in being a highly collaborative environment where people are very supportive. The intern will be provided with strong management guidance and daily support from the movers & shakers of Amphenol’s Corporate HR team, including the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources. - Ability to compile statistical information and quantifiably analyze data.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Undergraduate student with strong interest in human resources, organizational development, and data-driven analysis.
