The AI & Digital Transformation Execution Lead will champion and execute the global engineering AI and digital transformation playbook by deploying practical automation, AI agents, dashboards, and digital workspaces that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and accelerate engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the engineering AI and digital transformation playbook across global engineering teams, ensuring solutions are deployed, adopted, and sustained.
- Identify and deliver high-value automation opportunities that improve productivity, quality, speed, data accuracy, and engineering visibility.
- Deploy Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Power Platform, SharePoint, and analytics solutions that reduce repetitive manual work.
- Partner with engineering leaders and process owners to digitize, standardize, and simplify workflows such as cost models, project tracking, change management, and status reporting.
- Build and maintain SharePoint-based engineering portals that centralize tools, KPI tracking, dashboards, delivery status, documentation, best practices, and training resources.
- Create role-specific AI agents for engineers, project managers, product leaders, quality teams, and leadership to support knowledge retrieval, decision support, reporting, and workflow execution.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards, and automated reports that provide real-time visibility into engineering performance, project execution, productivity, quality, and transformation impact.
- Lead hands-on deployment, testing, user training, communication, feedback capture, and continuous improvement to drive strong adoption across global teams.
- Apply practical governance for AI, automation, data quality, security, compliance, and sustainable tool ownership in partnership with IT and Cybersecurity.
- Track benefits realization, including cycle-time reduction, manual-effort elimination, reporting efficiency, adoption rates, and measurable ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 4 years delivering digital transformation, automation, AI implementation, engineering operations, or productivity initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot/Generative AI, AI agents, workflow automation, and analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to build business-ready solutions, launch pilots, scale adoption, and measure operational impact.
- Strong execution discipline, stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and change adoption skills in global engineering environments.
