We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator 2 to be a key driver of growth within a designated geographic region, you will serve to expand Amphenol RF’s market expansion and program success. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential customer programs, leading cross-functional teams to evaluate viability, and establishing competitive market pricing that secures new business. The primary responsibility is to ensure that application-specific connector solutions are delivered with best-in-class quality, on time, and within the margin profiles defined by company goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prioritize and drive activities for customers within a defined geographic region to drive growth.
- Lead cross-functional evaluations to assess the viability of new customer programs within the assigned geographic region.
- Establish market pricing and terms for new programs, ensuring internal approvals and guidelines are maintained and position Amphenol to win the program
- Oversee the delivery of programs on-time and on schedule with best–in-class quality with the design and development of application specific connector solutions.
- Monitor and ensure fulfillment for production revenue based upon manufacturing capacity, inventory, and distribution for both new and legacy products.
- Profile and manage key activities to maximize Amphenol’s exposure for new and existing products at all key accounts.
- Monitor product costs and margins against company goals
- Implement and drive margin expansion (price increase, cost reduction/ value engineering) initiatives and effectively communicate to external and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate and support activity such as technical support, competitor crosses, contract price book review, and sample requests
- Manage customer expectations while overcoming the many challenges faced during large-scale project delivery
- Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks.
- Provide monthly sales forecast and prepare annual budget forecast in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager and drive execution to the goal
- Filters, Plans, conducts and directs work on complex projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies as part of a cross functional team including Application Engineering, CSR, and Sales.
- Has some latitude for unreviewed action or decision.
- Ability to travel when necessary (up to 25% required).
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering discipline with two (2) to five (5) years related industry experience or three (3) to six (6) years of equivalent industry related experience.
