We’re seeking a strategic, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing for our fiber optic interconnect / cable manufacturing business. You’ll translate technical products and specifications into compelling customer value, build demand, and partner closely with sales and engineering across telecom, data centers, utilities, industrial, and infrastructure markets.
Responsibilities
Marketing strategy & GTM
- Build and execute marketing strategy aligned to growth goals, product roadmap, and sales priorities
- Partner with product, sales, and engineering to plan go‑to‑market for new products, line extensions, and expansions
Product & technical marketing
- Translate complex specs (performance, compliance, applications, standards) into customer‑focused messaging
- Create product datasheets, application guides, case studies, and technical sales tools
Demand generation & campaigns
- Plan integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and support longer B2B sales cycles
- Drive digital marketing: website, email, SEO, media/industry advertising; create content for web/blog/social/email
- Support trade shows, industry events, and customer visits with strong pre/post programs
Sales enablement, brand & performance
- Equip sales/channel partners with messaging, presentations, and consultative selling tools
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels; oversee external communications (web, brochures, press releases, social)
- Define and track KPIs (lead volume, conversions, ROI, pipeline contribution) and optimize performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in B2B marketing (manufacturing/industrial/technical products strongly preferred, fiber optics a plus)
- Strong digital foundation: SEO/SEM, email, social, analytics; CRM/marketing automation experience a plus
- Excellent communication project management skills; able to collaborate cross‑functionally
