POSITION: Command Post I
Observe and document aseptic operations within the aseptic filling environment during set-up and actual fill. General coordination of filling activities per approved batch record.
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
- First Shift: 05:00 AM - 1:30 PM
- Second Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Carefully observe aseptic operations within the aseptic filling environment during set up and actual fill. Clearly communicate observation for documentation purposes.
- Follow good documentation practice when documenting activities performed within the aseptic filling environment during set up and actual fill.
- Responsible for ensuring all components and equipment sterilization and depyrogenation charts are collected and checked prior to the start of the filling process.
- Perform routine fill volume calibration as per specified batch record and SOP.
- Responsible for proper counting of components and products to ensure accountability.
- Responsible for documenting process data and settings collected during the filling process in the batch record.
- Wrap and prepare product on appropriate pallet at the end of filling.
- Responsible for batch record completeness at the end of filling.
- Perform gowning procedures with regard to proper aseptic technique in order to safely enter and work in the cleanroom environment. Maintain standard of personal hygiene consistent with working in aseptic environment.
- Support the preparation and cleaning of the equipment and components for scheduled fills
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. AA Degree Desired.
