Accounts Receivable Analyst

The Accounts Receivable Analyst performs all aspects of Accounts Receivable (A/R) function including credit, collection, review and analysis of assigned customer accounts and aging, and preparation of assigned month-end reports and gross-to-net (GTN) accounting calculations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Review and maintain customer accounts including a major wholesaler; work directly with assigned customers and coordinate closely with other departments to resolve open discrepancies.
• Interact with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to help account for foreign Sales and A/R transactions.
• Prepare and analyze month-end schedules and reports including calculation and accounting for assigned sales deductions and gross-to-net (GTN) revenue allowances.
• Provide support for internal and external audit requests, SOX control compliance, and outside/government data reporting requirements.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field; or High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least one to three years of related A/R experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical and teamwork skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong Excel knowledge (preferred)
