School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time | Springfield, MO | 2026-2027 School Year | Up to $55/hour
Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the 2026-2027 school year in the Springfield, MO area. We’re a therapist-operated company that puts clinicians and students first. This is an in-person position in a school setting, and we welcome both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs to apply. New to schools? No problem; we provide mentorship and support!
Job Highlights:
- Pay up to $55/hr
- Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based, K-12 Caseload
- Schedule: Full Time
- School Year: 2026-2027
- In-person only
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K–12 school setting
- Conduct evaluations and write reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families
- Complete documentation and progress monitoring in a timely manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri State SLP license (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Valid MoPro Licensure
